How it works

Four steps for every parcel, whichever carrier moves it.

  1. 1. Enter parcel details

Who is sending, who is receiving, what is inside and what it weighs, in one form.

  2. 2. Compare carrier rates

Every carrier you switched on answers at once, in one list, cheapest first.

  3. 3. Take payment

Cash, card, transfer or a mix, with packaging and insurance on the same receipt.

  4. 4. Print and track

The label goes on the parcel and the customer leaves with a tracking number.

Questions?

Straight answers before you sign up.

What does EviPostal cost per parcel?

Each shipment is charged at the EviPostal rate: the carrier’s price plus EviPostal’s margin, shown as one number before you book. Whatever you add on top for your own customer is your markup, and it stays with your business.

Which carriers can I offer?

The carriers on our carriers page. You switch each one on or off for your business, and every switched-on carrier is asked for a price on every parcel.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. Create your business, add a store and a branch, and practise with test rates. Live carriers and payments switch on once EviPostal has approved your business.

What happens when the network drops?

Cash sales, drop-offs, receiving and releasing parcels keep working and sync when the connection returns. A live rate, a label or a card payment always needs the network, and EviPostal never pretends otherwise.

Where does the money go?

Card sales at your counter settle to your own bank account through the payment provider; cash and transfers never pass through EviPostal. Your wallet top-ups pay the carriers for the parcels you book.

Can I use my own riders?

Yes. Add them as delivery partners and keep a record of who delivered what and how each one performs, alongside the carriers.
