One EviPostal rate for each carrier, shown before you book. Shipping is paid per parcel from your wallet, and the price to your customer is yours to set.

How does EviPostal pricing work?
Each parcel you book is paid from your wallet at the EviPostal rate: the carrier’s price with EviPostal’s share inside, shown before you book. The counter features your business uses are covered by your plan.
Is there a fee per shipment on top of the rate?
No. The EviPostal rate already includes EviPostal’s share. There is nothing to add up and no separate fee per shipment.
Do I pay a monthly fee?
Your plan is agreed when you sign up and billed on its period; it covers the counter features you use, such as the POS, parcels and mailboxes. Shipping is paid per parcel.
Can I set my own customer price?
Yes. Add a percentage or a flat amount on top of the EviPostal rate, per carrier if you like. The customer sees your price; the margin shows only to the people allowed to see it.
What do I pay before my business is approved?
Nothing. You can set up, invite your staff and practise with test rates. Live carriers, wallet top-up and card payments switch on after EviPostal approves your business.
Who holds my sales money?
Your bank. Card payments at the counter settle to the bank account you enter in Settings; cash and transfers never pass through EviPostal.
Which carriers can I use?
The carriers on our carriers page. You switch each one on or off for your business, and every switched-on carrier is asked for a price on every parcel.
Can I switch features on later?
Yes. The POS, parcels and mailboxes, partners and the API are switches in Settings, and nothing is lost when a business grows into another kind.
