Common questions about shipping rates.
Are the rates real?
Each price is the EviPostal rate for that carrier and service, asked the moment you press Compare rates. While a note says they are practice rates, they are test prices that show how the calculator works.
Why do prices differ between carriers?
Each carrier prices its own routes, weights, sizes and speeds. Some are faster and some cheaper, so the list marks the best value and the fastest.
Which details change the price?
Where the parcel leaves from and where it goes, its weight and, for a box, its size: a big, light box is charged by its size. The package type decides which services can take it.
Does a price include pickup?
It depends on the carrier’s service. When a service cannot pick up in an area, or needs the parcel dropped off, a note under its delivery time says so.
Can I book straight after comparing?
