What is EviPostal?
Software for businesses that sell, manage or process shipping: compare carrier prices, book, print the label, take payment and track, all in one place. It runs in a browser on any computer, and your customers get a receipt and a tracking page without creating an account.
Is EviPostal a courier company?
No. The carriers move the parcels. EviPostal is the software your business uses to work with all of them, and to run the counter, the payments and the records around them.
Which carriers can I use?
The carriers on our carriers page. You switch each one on or off in your settings, and every carrier you switch on is asked for a price on every parcel.
Do I need a physical shop?
No. Shipping stores use the POS at their counter, but logistics businesses and online sellers use EviPostal without one: the POS, held parcels and mailboxes switch on only if you need them.
How does rate comparison work?
Enter where the parcel is going, its weight and its size. EviPostal asks every carrier you have switched on and lists their prices and delivery times side by side, cheapest first.
How does EviPostal make money?
Two ways, both shown before you pay: a margin inside the EviPostal rate for each parcel, and a plan for the counter, held parcels and mailboxes. The markup you add for your own customer is yours, and card sales at your counter settle to your own bank account.
Can I connect EviPostal to my own software?
Yes. The EviPostal API gets rates, books shipments, downloads labels and sends tracking updates to your system. You start in the sandbox with test keys, where nothing is real.
Is there a mobile app?
There is nothing to download. EviPostal works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, and you can add it to your phone’s home screen so it opens like an app.
