For logistics and 3PL

One operating system for a logistics business.

Ship for other businesses with carriers and your own delivery partners, and keep every shipment, problem and claim where you can see it.

The challenge

A WhatsApp group is not a shipment queue.

Bookings arrive by chat, by phone and by email. Someone copies them into a spreadsheet, books each one in a carrier’s portal and pastes the tracking number back. When a pickup fails, the thread moves on and nobody owns the problem.

EviPostal gives every shipment, problem and claim one place, with an owner and a next action.

Key features

Everything you need to run and grow.

From booking shipments to managing delivery partners and resolving problems, in one system your whole team uses.

  • Shipment queue

What is booked, what is moving and what is late, across every branch, with the tracking events as the carriers report them.

  • Problems and claims

A failed pickup, a delay or a damaged parcel becomes a problem with an owner, a next action and a response target. Claims keep their evidence.

  • Delivery partners

Keep a record of the riders and regional couriers you work with, who delivered what, and how each one performs.

  • An API for your customers

The businesses you ship for request rates, create shipments and receive tracking webhooks from their own software.

    Read the API docs

See everything

See every shipment as it moves.

Follow every shipment, spot problems early and keep your customers told. Every carrier and every delivery partner, in one dashboard.

Sending abroad

Ship internationally with the paperwork done.

An international parcel asks for what is inside: each item’s description, quantity, value and where it was made. Staff describe the item in plain words and EviPostal looks up the customs code, so nobody types one.

  • The declared value in naira and in dollars, with the reason for export
  • The carrier’s commercial invoice prints with the label
  • One tracking link for the whole journey

Questions

Questions from logistics businesses.

Can I keep using my own riders?

Yes. Add them as delivery partners, assign deliveries to them, and keep a record of who delivered what and how each one performs, next to the carriers.

Which carriers can I use?

The carriers on our carriers page. You switch each one on or off for your business, and every switched-on carrier is asked for a price on every parcel.

What happens when a pickup fails?

It becomes a problem with an owner, a next action and a response target. You retry, reroute or escalate to EviPostal from the same screen, and the history stays with the shipment.

How do claims work?

A claim for a damaged or lost parcel keeps the original quote, the photos and the carrier’s answers in one record, with an owner and a status until it is resolved.

Can the businesses I ship for use it too?

Through the API. They request rates, create shipments and receive tracking webhooks from their own software, at the same EviPostal rate as the dashboard.

Can I run several branches?

Yes. Add your stores and branches, give each person a role and a branch, and see every branch’s shipments together or one branch at a time.

Ready to bring it together?

Bring your operation into one place.

Create your business, add your branches and partners, and run your first shipments with practice rates.
