What tracking shows

Every step, from the counter to the door.

Enter a number and the parcel’s journey opens: where it is, every step so far and when it should arrive.

A sample result. Your own tracking page shows your parcel’s real journey.
  • Where it is now

The latest status in plain words, with where and when the carrier last saw the parcel.

  • Every step so far

Each event the carrier has reported, from the counter where it was booked to your door.

  • When it will arrive

The estimated delivery when the carrier gives one, and the delivery itself when it happens.

More than tracking

One page for every parcel.

EviPostal follows each parcel with the carrier that is moving it, so customers and staff check one page instead of a different website for every carrier.

Questions

Tracking questions, answered.

Where do I find my tracking number?

On the receipt from the store or business that sent your parcel, and in the booking email they sent you. It is printed on the label too.

Do I need an account to track a parcel?

No. Enter the tracking number, or open the link the store sent you, and the parcel’s journey shows straight away.

Which carriers can I track here?

Every carrier EviPostal works with. The tracking number from an EviPostal receipt works here whichever carrier is moving the parcel.

Why hasn’t my tracking changed?

The carrier reports each step as it happens, and between hubs a parcel can travel for a day or more without a new scan. If nothing changes for several days, ask the store that sent it.

What if my parcel is late?

Contact the store or business that sent it. They see the shipment in EviPostal, take the problem up with the carrier and keep you told.

Can I track a parcel going abroad?

Yes. An international parcel keeps one tracking number for the whole journey, and its steps show here like any other.
