Do I need a shop or a counter?
No. An online seller gets the shipping part only: carrier prices, booking, labels and tracking. Switch on the POS or held parcels later if you ever open a counter.
How do I pay for shipping?
Top up your wallet once your business is approved. Each booking is paid from it at the EviPostal rate, shown before you confirm.
How do my customers follow their parcel?
Each booking has a tracking link. Your customer opens it on any phone, with no account, and sees the parcel’s journey whichever carrier moves it.
Which carriers can I use?
The carriers on our carriers page. You switch each one on or off for your business, and every switched-on carrier is asked for a price on every parcel.
Can I connect my online shop?
Through the API: request rates and create shipments from your own software, and receive tracking webhooks. A ready-made plugin for shop platforms is not built yet.
Can I ship abroad?
Yes. For an international parcel you list what is inside in plain words, EviPostal finds the customs code, and the carrier’s commercial invoice prints with the label.
